      Restore an ACS Instance

      Restore an ACS Instance with the same IP address

      1. Document IP and mac address of the current server
      2. Detach Interface from the current server
      3. Reserve IP by creating new port in network -> subnet -> ports
      4. Launch new instance by snapshot and attach the port
